RETURN POLICY & DAMAGES

We will replace all candles that arrive cracked and broken during the shipping process. 

Please send photos of all damaged products to [email protected] as soon as the package arrives. 

We are not responsible for any candles that break due to the customers negligence. 

If any issues arise with candle quality, photos will also be required to exchange for new products.

Store credit or exchange only will be offered.

There are no refunds on candle class and party tickets.
